Where can I use my EZ-RackTM?
EZ-Rack is multi-functional and is suitable for many different settings within your home. This includes your bedroom, living room, laundry room, bathroom, garage, balcony, doorways, etc.

How do I install EZ-RackTM?
EZ-Rack comes with a set of easy to follow instructions. Installation will only take 10-15 minutes.
What are the dimensions of EZ-RackTM?
Each retractable hanger measures 40 x 29 x 33 cm; the crossbar measures 80 cm in length.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel your order if you haven't received a tracking number. If you would like to cancel your order and have not received a tracking number, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
When will I receive my EZ-RackTM?
We process and ship out your order within 1-2 business days so that you can get your EZ-Rack as fast as possible! Due to high demand for this product, please allow 10-20 business days for your order to arrive.
How can I track my order?
You will automatically receive an email with tracking information from our delivery service team after it has been fulfilled. Make sure to keep an eye out for this email if you really can’t wait for your EZ-Rack!
The tracking shows my package has been delivered, but I don’t see it. What should I do?
Do not worry if you do not see the parcel in the mailbox. Sometimes the tracking notice gets updated a few days early by the postal carrier. If you don't see the package left at the shipping address, please kindly wait a few more days. If you don't see the package within 3 business days of receiving the delivery notification, please contact our staff.
What is your exchange policy?
If you need to make an exchange, you need to notify us within 7 days of delivery. Your items must be in new condition with unopened packaging. To exchange, please email support@ezrackshop.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your EZ-Rack. Returns will be accepted for all items that are in new condition with unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. To return please email support@ezrackshop.com with your original order number and the reason for return.
How long does the return process take?
The return process turnaround is usually within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued the same day the item is returned.
