Return

We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your product. Returns will be accepted for all items that are in new condition with unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. To return, please email support@ezrackshop.com with your original order number and the reason for return. You will cover the return shipping and handling cost.

Exchange

If you need to make an exchange, you need to notify us within 7 days of delivery. Your items must be in new condition with unopened packaging. To exchange, please email support@ezrackshop.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. You will cover the return shipping and handling cost, and we will cover the exchange shipping cost.

Warranty & Replacement

We proudly offer a 90-Day warranty for manufacturer defects on products purchased through our website. Please note that general wear and tear, including scratches, dings and other marks are not covered. Manufacturer defects include but are not limited to: faulty workmanship that compromises the product functionality or structural imperfections sustained before initial use.

If your product breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the first 90 days of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement! For replacements, please email support@ezrackshop.com with your order number, a photo of the issue and let us know how it occurred.

What is the refund or exchange process?

If you qualify for a refund or exchange, send us an email at support@ezrackshop.com and we will provide you with the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days less a $5 processing fee.

What if my refund is late?

It generally requires 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card or account.

Shipping:

To return your product, please mail your product to the address which we will provide you upon your request for a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
